I completed a survey and earned 4800 coins. The coins are showing in my ledger, but they are not added to my main coin balance. This is very disappointing. Please check and update my balance as soon as possible. I have spent my time honestly completing the survey and expect proper credit. I can provide screenshots if needed. Kindly resolve this issue quickly.

It is true that you can earn by completing tasks from this app but the reason for which I gave it 2 stars is because sometimes on starting a task after installing a game and completing the required levels, you still don't get the coins. And even the customer service is too poor for they still haven't replied to the mails. I am fed up for using this app.

This is a nice app.! In this app earning coins are very easy, but sometimes I didn't receive coins after completing offer even after few days, the solution for this problem is crucial, there tasks in which I have to deposit money but I still don't receive coins. this should be solved as soon as possible. I respectfully ask your team to improve the app. I have been using it for two years. there's also an important fault, the playtime reward and Pascale aren't opening or responding when clicked.!
