not wiling to pay,at first it gives option and at the mean time when its time to know about soulmate, it pops to pay monthly charge, its a kind of playing with peoples emotion

i would give no stars, but it wont let me. the app, it doesnt even give refunds when you havent even subscribe to it and it makes an unauthorized payment to itself by your information and refused to refund it back.

This is a SCAM APPP that unauthorizedly accessed my information and charged my account even though I never subscribed to any renewal. Everyone should be careful, and now I can’t even select the option to request a refund.
