You know the technology is pretty decent, but I when I reinstalled it all of the dozens of images I had captured were gone and I didn't realize it's charging $7.49 per week and there's no way to cancel it within the app, so I would not trust this app, not mention it has access to all your photos. Again it seems like someone's got some good technology, but I will never use this app again

Thanks for the feedback. Our app asks for permission to access your photos and cannot access them without your consent. The subscription is issued for a week, a month, a year, and you can also buy 1 or 5 results. The subscription is not automatically connected unless you click connect. You can unsubscribe at any time in the settings of your phone.

Terrible interface. I was desperately trying to find out about an ulcer on the skin so purchased some credits but no where to be found on the app and cant use it now and lost my money, complete fraud. Avoid!

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that purchases made on the website and in the mobile app are not synchronized, as they operate as separate platforms. This may be why your credits are not visible in the app.

I signed up for a one off diagnosis which was to cost me $7.08. they actually made two transactions on my debit card for $7.08 and $25.54... I didn't subscribe to anything and when I go to my plan on their website it says I am on a Free plan but just incase I've been mistaken and need to unsubscribe there is also in contradiction to what I'm told by the website to unsubscribe actually no platform to unsubscribe.. I highly wouldn't recommend this app

The charge corresponds to the selected product, which is available in your account. There were no hidden charges and all information was clearly shown prior to confirmation.
