I uploaded a regular pic of my self that is all over Facebook IG tiktok and no issues and it's saying it's against guidelines that it was an unsafe pic when the picture is me. Just a selfie while sitting in my car..I paid for the subscription which only gave me 150 credits to work with.. it wont let me view anything and now I cant even get my money back or atleat a chance to change the picture..its a scam I should have read the reviews first

Udate: I tried everything as previously advised by you, but nothing happened/changed? Also emailed, but no one responded? please help! I paid for this app's premium membership for the whole year, but it's still asking me to subscribe and won't let me create anything? This is total BS...
