About this app

DEKHBHAL application is designed to provide support and care to the family caregivers of the elderly dementia patients living at home. It addresses the burden faced by the family caregivers and helps in improving their caregiving competency.
The application consists of modules on mild cognitive impairment and dementia, care of dementia patients and managing caregivers' health and well being
Mindfulness exercises are also available to enhance the mental we-being of the family caregivers.
The application also contains the chat feature for interacting with the ASHA workers on one-on-one basis.
