Guest Concierge is the mobile companion app for the people who keep short-term rentals running smoothly — cleaners, maintenance technicians, concierges and on-site managers.
Whether you support a single property or coordinate work across dozens, Guest Concierge gives you a single mobile workspace where you can see what needs attention today, communicate in real time with the host you work for, and find your way to each property.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Pair with one or several hosts using a private code they share with you — no public marketplace, no spam.
• See every property you're assigned to, with photos and key details at a glance.
• Open the in-app map to see how far each property is from where you are, and launch turn-by-turn directions to the front door in your favorite maps app.
• Stay in sync with your host through a private chat thread per listing — send text, photos, videos and voice notes for fast clarifications when you're on the move.
• Manage your profile, profile picture and account preferences from inside the app.
• Switch instantly between the hosts you work for from the top of any screen.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Your host shares a one-time pairing code from their Guest Concierge dashboard.
2. You sign up with your email and enter the code — that is all the setup you need.
3. The properties they've assigned to you appear in the app immediately. You can start chatting and navigating right away.
PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN
Guest Concierge only requests the device permissions it actually needs — microphone for voice messages, photos for chat attachments and your profile picture, and location only while the in-app map is open. The app never runs anything in the background, never sells your data and never uses it for advertising. Read the full Privacy Policy from your dashboard provider's domain.
ABOUT THIS RELEASE
This is the early access version of Guest Concierge. We are actively listening to feedback from real cleaning, maintenance and concierge teams to shape the next features — including digital checklists organised by section of each property, photo and video evidence uploads after every turnover, in-app issue reporting that flows directly to the host's operations dashboard, and a Today screen optimised for back-to-back booking schedules.
