Worse now please, don't forget that more important than having fancy design is TO WORK correctly. my wife’s Nexus 7 is unable to accept or decline reservations and it was working before. in my phone though is working well. bear in mind that people use it for professional work so fancy looks are rubbish when the app doesn't work
Disabled Wheelchair Users Please take note that many places will select 'Handicapped Accessible' even when they are NOT! This a despicable way to alienate potential guests. I am a wheelchair user with a variety of conditions that, require extra space, accessible accommodation and a level access shower. Handrails over a bath are an insult. I have contacted many hosts to be told rudely, it's not their problem and I should take it up with Airbnb. AIRBNB HELP SECTION IS A CLOSED LOOP WITH NO CONTACT DETAILS. ANY TROUBLE + YOU'RE SCREWED
Doesn't work As of today's update, the app doesn't work anymore. It doesn't show any listings, can't see my saved trips. Completely useless.

My review is about my stay at Frangi Panni Anni in Legion. It is a 2 bedroom villa with a pool. Which is lovely. I would not recommend this villa in the wet season it is completely open downstairs to mozzies. So no rest at all. Bedrooms lock which is great and housekeeping are fantastic. Other than that would look for somewhere you can control the bugs. Also saw rats which was a bit off off putting around the pool at night. Close to everything though.
Worst travel stay experience Room was not clean, dirty towels were in the closet and the bed was not clean. It's sad that people can mislead the quality and amenities of the place for rent and the guest cannot get a refund. It would be different if we could get a refund like we would get if we had used an actual travel site. I won't be using Airbnb again.
Host customer support is really bad Customer support for host is very bad seems like they take sides and favor the guest, talking to them on the phone is a mission. Some guest did not behave accordingly, and airbnb did nothing about it. I have been very lenient with broken rules and again no answer from them. I have been charged small refunds, but when I try to claim something small such a $10 broken dish, I get nothing. I do not recommend hosting to anyone unless you really need the money. I will finish my reservations and close account.
