6 months into the service and our Android apps still crash 50 percent of the time when we try to answer a call. This happens on different android phones on different versions. Support is beyond clueless and seems only to waste their time and yours by asking the same questions over and over and never actually fixing anything. I want a refund, but they will not give one. I am cutting my losses and just paying for another service. My coworkers are pissed at me for this whole ordeal.
Recordings not showing There are 2 problems i noticed. 1st there is no way i can listen recordings from mobile app. 2nd when i dont pick up call from mobile it always have present in notification try. No way to remove it from notification try.
Incoming calls Since the last version, incoming calls are dope... Awesome job!
Not able to make calls It doesn't connect the call

Disappointed According to your "big announcement" incoming calls are now available. I'm still unable to receive calls. I already uninstalled/reinstalled the app.
As usual our dev team worked really hard on this version. They fixed a lot of bugs and they had some new cool features
+ You can Add/Edit a contact
+ QuickAccess from the call list (long press on a call, try it ! :wink: )
+ Help section in the settings => TypeForm added to report us bug directly from the Android app
