the worst app I used in 2025 and in 2026 - routinely fails without a wifi connection, does not work with Android Auto, I have exhausted tech support - app does not work when I leave home at a certain point, after having so many one-star reviews, you know the app is broken. we are expecting you to address this. sometime before the end of the year would be nice.

Since Android 14 and Samsung One UI 6.0, as of the most recent update of AirCall, I can't leave the app while on a phone call, or the other person can't hear me anymore. I'm having significant issues working because I often have to use multiple apps at once while on the phone for work on the go. Now, I'm losing deals because of the technical glitches.

Aircall is a sound, user-friendly choice for companies that integrate calling features for employees in customer facing roles. The UI is sleek and easy to navigate, there aren't too many settings which is good as it's not overwhelming. There can at times be a lag or latency problems when a customer is calling in, or when you are calling out, especially when the CRM Hubspot. But otherwise I have not had any real problems that would leave a poor score.

A mix of polish and reliability in this update.

Contact rows in the Contacts screen now show phone numbers at a glance. You can also dismiss the call ended screen while it's still loading — no more being stuck waiting when there's no internet.

A few conference and call flow fixes round things out: call type now displays correctly after a conference.
