Well, at first sight the apps works, but after 6 months of using this app - I can say, that reliability is very poor. Calls are interrupted, the app freezes. It is not finished product. The support don't answer after repeating the problems, nobody cares
Update - Get used to hearing "there is a newer version that fixes these issues" over and over again. I have asked tried to get a refund for over 9 months and they keep avoiding answering me. This company is a sham and they know that users will bail which is why they ask for all of the money up front and then dodge your calls and emails when you try and get a refund. 6 months into the service and our Android apps still crash 50 percent of the time when we try to answer a call. This happens on different android phones on different versions. Support is beyond clueless and seems only to waste their time and yours by asking the same questions over and over and never actually fixing anything. I want a refund, but they will not give one. I am cutting my losses and just paying for another service. My coworkers are pissed at me for this whole ordeal.
Didn't accept the login details that work on desktop app. After closing the app to retry, it never launched again. Update. Works now, score corrected.
Recordings not showing There are 2 problems i noticed. 1st there is no way i can listen recordings from mobile app. 2nd when i dont pick up call from mobile it always have present in notification try. No way to remove it from notification try.
Incoming calls Since the last version, incoming calls are dope... Awesome job!
Not able to make calls It doesn't connect the call
As usual our dev team worked really hard on this version. They fixed a lot of bugs and they had some new cool features:
+ We update the UX/UI of your activity feed
+ You can use the play bar to go further or back in a voicemail (the voicemail issue has been fixed with Samsung devices)
