Total disappointment. Can't wait for my company to move away from this service. Was never consistent and many hiccups despite the constants upgrade and what not. Very very needy of strong bandwidths. Not feasible for customer support. No report for KPI purposes. Too much of important details is not added. Very basic. Goof for personal usage but never for businesses.
The app is a constant dissapointment. It is better to just rely solely on the web app, as the android app is having troubles more often than not.
My company is using them and they are freaking Expensive (line + per user monthly+ per outbound call rates! - Hopefully aircall doesn't need THE BEST network quality just to get it function properly. (Normal hotspot would be great) - Still very buggy here and there (call quality varies - inconsistent). - U can't sms from this app. - Contact list mixes with ur internal contacts + clients (which should be separated) - the dashboard doesn't have the records of all calls. Only can listen from the app. - andriod's interface sucks compared to iOS Overall, an unfinished product but it's good compared to most. Too Expensive as well. Can improve and the product should be great!
I can't call my teammates using this app... uninstalled because that's half the reason we even use Aircall. Half to reach customers, half to coordinate with teammates about these calls :/
