Since Android 14 and Samsung One UI 6.0, as of the most recent update of AirCall, I can't leave the app while on a phone call, or the other person can't hear me anymore. I'm having significant issues working because I often have to use multiple apps at once while on the phone for work on the go. Now, I'm losing deals because of the technical glitches.

This is a terrible app please do not use. Every update seems to cause more bugs than it supposedly fixes as the problems with the application never stop. The entire day today, I had 0 notifications and the phone never rang once. When I opened the app manually, it showed 15 calls and several texts that I never received notifications for. And just in case I get a dumb response, you have to turn notifications on to even login to the app! 500 characters is not enough to say how bad this app is.

I installed this for work and had two worrying giant issues on my Pixel. 1. It prevented me doing ANYTHING with my phone if I didn't select a call tag. I couldn't unlock, swap apps, NOTHING. App shouldn't have any ability to control my phone like this 😡 2. It started hijacking personal phone contacts which existed prior to installation, or were created normally through other apps. it would then show me a message in that contact saying "Created by Aircall - Read Only" and prevent editing 😳

What’s new

We’ve been busy making Aircall smoother, smarter, and just a little more magical.

Dialing just got easier. As you enter numbers on the keypad, Aircall now automatically searches for matching contacts to help you find people faster.

We’ve also improved the wrap-up timer by adding the option to disable after-call work, making post-call actions clearer and easier to complete.
