Seems like this app have a major issue. When I open up the app I do not see any product list. I just see blank inside the app. I am using Android 12 and pixel6, so may be it is comparability issue? I was hopping that I could do firmware update, but seems like it's impossible for me untill Jabees update the app. Hopefully it get fixed soon.

Can't seem to download the update! Going to uninstall because buds work fine without app. From what I can see on the app., it only has a slider to turn the transparency on/off. Since I could not download the update, I wasn't even able to use that figure. Not worth taking up app. space!!

App connects to firefly 2 touch but won't download firmware update. Says downloading updates 0/3 then immediately says unable to download and to check my internet connection. All connections are fine. Tried uninstalling and restarted phone with no help. Terrible app.
