Ratings and reviews

Great resource - gives us comfort to know when the buses will arrive. If you have any trouble with the app, turn on animations (Phone Settings, Accessibility, Color & Motion, uncheck Remove Animations). Support helped me figure that out, been working great ever since.

A big downgrade from the previous version. The UI has been needlessly "improved" with a much uglier minimalist theme, and button behaviors are worse. For instance, clicking a student will rearrange the map to show the bus and the school, but not the home address. The previous version showed the home and bus locations, which is far more useful when you're trying to figure out if you need to leave for the bus stop yet.

Vastly improved over the old app. The ability to customize the location of the waypoint notification is a welcomed improvement.

What’s new

This release brings multiple bug fixes and performance enhancements, ensuring an improved vehicle tracking experience for students' families.
Additionally, the FirstAlt system now allows users to select a trip cancellation reason from a predefined list.
FirstView 1.0 is available for select districts that utilize our yellow bus services and those using small-capacity vehicles through FirstAlt.
