AirPlay Touch turns your Android phone, tablet, or Android TV into a
wireless AirPlay receiver — and unlike other receivers, the mirrored
screen is touch-interactive: touch the screen on your Android, and the
source responds.
— Receive AirPlay mirroring from any iPhone, iPad, or Mac on the same Wi-Fi.
— Watch the mirrored picture full-screen with adaptive scaling and
orientation lock.
— Set an optional PIN code so only trusted devices can connect.
TOUCH THE MIRRORED SCREEN
With the free Mac companion app, every touch on the mirrored Mac screen
becomes a Mac action at the same spot:
— Tap to click; drag to move the cursor — touches map directly to what
you see on the mirrored screen.
— Two-finger swipe scrolls.
— Cursor snap-back returns your Mac pointer to where it was when you
release.
REQUIREMENTS
— Android 7.0 or later.
— For touch interaction: a Mac running macOS 14 or later, on the same Wi-Fi.
MAC COMPANION INSTALL
brew tap jobtools/tap
brew install --cask airplay-touch
NOTES
— Everything runs on your local network. No accounts, no cloud, no telemetry.
— DRM-protected content (Apple TV+, Netflix, etc.) cannot be mirrored —
this is enforced by the source device.
