Their services are abysmal. They are very quick to get your airtime but too slow to give you your money. I regret ever doing business with them. This app should have never existed in the first place because it is fraudulent. Even as I type, my money is yet to be seen in my bank account. It's over 24 hours and no refund. please run from them.

Very terrible experience, I feel bad right now, please I need my airtime converted money back because I can't even find it in my opay account... How come I upgraded to tier 3 inserted my accurate phone number, converted the money only to get my money sent to another number that I don't even know where it came from... please I need my money back .. unless I won't rest till this app is down

For your own good, do not use the app to convert airtime to cash. 1. You'll be allowed to convert your airtime to cash and they'll remove their 20% but you won't be allowed to withdraw your money. You'll be told to upgrade to tier 3 to be able to do that. Tier 3 verification requires only BVN verification and this process takes weeks. Fraudulent. 2. Chatting with the customer support is like chatting with a newbie, no coherent discussion. Fraudulent. 3. This app should be rated below 1.
