Ratings and reviews

Beware the HUGE Hidden Fees -- Dont even think about using this service! - Contrary to their own terms and conditions, their fee schedule, and their promotions ("no hidden fees!"), they will introduce hidden fees that you may not be aware of and later cannot be refunded. As an example, they added a Deposit Fee to my account (not mentioned anywhere in their terms and conditions or their fee schedule) which ended up with me paying 750 USD in fees which they refuse to refund.

locked up my cash ..I was told it would be released after 6 months..its now been 8 months and I still cant withdraw funds ..since then they have stopped replying to my emails ..complete scam
