My Fibank

With My Fibank mobile application for Android your bank will always be with you.

By using the application you can quick and easy check your account balances, make transfers in real time, receive updated information about your credit and debit cards. With our newest service - "Digital card" you can pay contactless just by placing your smartphone close to the contactless POS terminal.

Key features of the application:
- Payment with Digital card - the possibility of making payment of new generation. It is a cloud based service using NFC (Near Field Communications) technology. This is a service which is entirely new to the Bulgarian market. For the first time Bulgarian consumers will be able to use their phone instead of a bank card, and the information is not stored on physical media, but in the cloud.
To pay with a Digital card it is only necessary to place your smart device near the POS terminal accepting contactless payments.
With our Digital card service you can make up to 10 payments in offline mode (without your device being connected to the Internet).
To activate the Digital card, it is necessary first to use our My Fibank mobile application – with active banking and to operate through a registered mobile device and your smartphone to operate with Android operating system (version not older than 4.4.) and to maintain NFC technology.
There is no need to visit Bank’s office and to fill out long forms. The application for Digital card can be made quickly and easily through our mobile application.

- Opportunity to make transfers within the country and abroad with just one click. The intuitive payment system leads you from the beginning of the transaction to its successful completion.

- You receive a full and detailed statement on your accounts - check the balance, the amounts of received and ordered transfers, the dates of opening, etc. We have taken care that all statements are presented visually with suitable graphics.

- You are always informed of your deposits – by using the application, you can easily find out the accumulated interest, to check the maturity date and the days remaining to maturity.

- You can manage easily your credit and debit cards –keep track of all payments made by them, check what funds you have on your card accounts, what is the utilized credit limit on your credit cards, etc. You can repay the amounts due on your credit cards with just one click. Of course, again all statements are presented in graphical form too.

- Quickly locate Fibank's branches and ATMs with the map in the application – you can easily orient what are our closest branches and ATMs, see their working hours and contact details, use Maps to get quickly to them. For your convenience, we have uploaded latest photos of our branches and offices.

- Information on exchange rates - track in real-time the buy and sell rates of Fibank for currencies the Bank operates with;

- News - latest news about products, promotions, Bank’s blog posts and everything that is important to you.

- You can select Settings which will make your operation of the application even more convenient and enjoyable. For more information check out your profile in the application and the Settings menu.

We have not forgotten your security. You have various options to choose limits of transactions and security settings such as session length, changing the types of banking, etc.
To take advantage of the full capabilities of the mobile application, you can use your functioning Token device by Fibank, activate it online through the Virtual Banking Branch or visit a Bank branch.
