Turn your phone into your TV remote. The Universal Remote connects via Wi-Fi, so you don't need infrared or to point it at the TV: it works from anywhere in your home as long as your phone and TV are on the same network.

You don't need to know any network address. The app finds compatible TVs in your home and displays them for you to choose from.
COMPATIBILITY
Works with TVs and players that use Android TV or Google TV (2016 and later). These platforms are used by manufacturers such as Philips, Sony, TCL, Hisense, Xiaomi, Nokia, Sharp, and Panasonic, among others.
The ultimate test: if your TV works with the official "Google TV" or "Android TV Remote" app, it will work with this one, because it uses the same Google connection system.
It is also compatible with Philips TVs that have the JointSpace network interface (European models from 2011 and later).
Not sure if yours is compatible? The app includes a diagnostic tool that checks your TV and tells you before you configure anything.
The first time, a code will appear on your TV screen: enter it into the app, and they'll be linked permanently.
