This system needs to be more functional. It's very very glitchy. Update- it won't open at all. Just a black screen. I have Uninstalled it, cleared cache, restarted my phone and still nothing. when the app was functioning it was great. I could reach my guest and respond to what they needed. Really was handy. But now I cant use it at all. Bummer.

This app has turned to garbage. It doesnt give me a notification for a message until i physically open my phone, then I just get bombarded with messages I've missed. The search bar won't work since the latest update. Very frustrating trying to operate this app lately.

Doesn't always show me the message in-app, but I'll get a notification for it. I cannot open any of the in-app notifications, all I can see are the previews of the notifications and then they get cut off and I can't read the rest.
