Playing the game every day for an initial six weeks can improve your attention and other functions that make up your ability to focus. Users will be given a target Focus Score increase which should be achievable in six weeks. Based on clinical trial data, the target increase provided directly relates to improvement in ADHD-related symptoms and overall quality of life. And, for the vast majority of people, this will leave room for continued improvement in Focus Score and cognitive abilities as well as ADHD symptom management beyond the initial six week course of treatment.

It was 5 stars but I had to decrease it. The birds and no boosts are boring. Please bring back the Mystic Creatures, farms and the guy to cheer you on. These birds are not as stimulating as catching the creatures. I thought it was just a streak calendar being added not an entire change to the creatures and farm. If I knew this I would not have updated. The OTC version is more boring than the EndeavorRX version. I wish they would have provided a comparison between both.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, the game play gets glitchy once you get to higher levels. The first two weeks were great. I noticed significant improvements in my concentration. Once the game started slowing/skipping though, it made navigation very difficult, and screen taps were frequently delayed (resulting in the wrong target being hit). My focus score stagnated before dropping back down in the fourth week. Holding the device flat for gameplay also causes neck pain after awhile.

This is so incredibly unpleasant to play that it makes me nauseous. It's not going to help people who have already been playing video games that challenge their multitasking ability either. I couldn't even finish playing it on the third day and I routinely play games multiple days in a row in order to get bonuses. Not this one. Too expensive, rudimentary mechanics, juvenile design. It's just another way to extort money from folks with ADHD and we already pay too much.
