- Access your medical card (and those of your family) in digital format to always have it at hand (we will also send you a physical card).
- Receive authorizations for the tests and treatments that the doctor orders you: Clinical analyses, x-rays, ultrasounds, etc...
- Access our help chat to resolve any questions you may have and help you manage any procedure.
- Contact a family doctor by video call 24/7 and a specialist via chat, also 24/7.
Proactive care of your physical and mental health
With Alan you can have online therapy sessions with professional psychologists. You'll also have access to educational resources, guided meditation and breathing exercises, and a guided journal designed by therapists to create better mental health habits.
