Worsening user experience!! Worst customer support!! This app used to be user friendly. They had real people to help you. They were competent and quick. Now everything has gone downhill. The chat does not work. The support staff that reply are just bots regurgitating the same words! When you click on the button to ask to call you, you get hit with "something went wrong" . they tell you they will contact you by mail but they never do!! all in all the customer support is worse than Shein.

Best app ever ! Reimbursement super fast and all health care spending listed clearly, which made me discover a potential fraud of a dentist! Thank you Alan & keep up with the great work 💚

Amazing app, I love the features. Talking with doctors through the app really helped me in some cases (while being abroad for example).
