Sorry but the app was very bad.... Firstly the workouts is very hard for beginners.... No one can do x30 workout in the beginning!!! Secondly there are some excersice that only work on right leg and there is no other for left leg Thirdly sometime the app start skiping some exersices or clicking on something without my permission

This is my opinion on this app. I love it, its concerned about me AND my health. The only thing is the exercising is a bit too fast and the dols are unrealistic but i love it and its 5 start for me Period😍
