Alcatel WiFi LINK is an app to manage all ALCATEL LINKHUB devices and Alcatel wireless routers belonging to the LINK family. Thanks to Alcatel WiFi LINK App you can easily and seamlessly manage and control your hub and routers. Straight from your smartphone, , you can lower the risk of high network traffic cost over the data plan via volume alert function, send and receive messages. Moreover, you’ll have a direct connection to web version of the control panel, so to be able to manage the router’s advanced settings in a faster and easiest way.

I recently tried using the Alcatel WiFi app and was extremely disappointed. The app frequently crashes and freezes, making it nearly impossible to use. The interface is outdated and not user-friendly, making it hard to navigate. Despite attempting to troubleshoot, the app's performance remains inconsistent. Customer support was slow and unhelpful when I reached out. Overall, I cannot recommend this app due to its poor functionality and lack of reliable support.

I am struggling to connect to the app, after capturing my password it just gives a "can't connect" error The internet speed is very slow , and it looks like the router can only handle 1 or 2 devices at a time. Haven't been able to watch TV as all it does is buffer and I can't even check or confirm if the issue is with the router or with the ISP because I can't log in

So, I had to get a hotspot with an o2 sim because we have no broadband in our area, and it's practically the same, just that now I've I can take it with me which is great. The greater downside to the app is that it refuses to college the data speed and connection. Onnection, on pressing to reconnect, it states it's not able to, yet if I wipe the and restart it, then its fine. It's rather faphy
