Heartbeat staff, thank you so much for sending me the questionnaire. I had to finish my participation in this excellent program because I moved to another state and have now a complete different medical assistance. It is a great program and I recommend anyone who needs it, to participate in it.

Study and support is excellent. Watch provided is too limited. Doesn't encourage participation 100% of time.

I have questions about using my watch, but my husband just got out of the hospital yesterday! I'll try and contact later! My watch has a phone number and it rang the other day! I didn't know how to answer it!
