I am contacting the scale company today 12/26/2018) since their "app developer" is unresponsive. I wonder how they'll feel about their scales not being usable as sold, because the developer isn't fixing issues OR responding to emails. I have not been able to use this app or the scale successfully since December 1st (2017). The memory is full and I can't upload download the information. It no longer pairs with my phone. I tried emailing the support group and never got an answer and now I've tried leaving a voicemail at their 800 number. Please fix this!

Now there is no bluetooth connection. Scale is useless. 1/19/2022 Please update this spp. Since android updated to vs12 the scale no longer connects to my phone. Changes users gender, won't store settings, when you delete a reading it it will bring it back along with everything else you have deleted in the past. Don't bother using this app.

Rubbish , now the clocks have gone back I have no way to connect to my watch from my phone and the app won't let me connect to it , it used to be a pain to get it to connect but it was possible after a lot of work but now , no it's impossible , yes I synced it properly , no I didn't connect it using the phones app for bluetooth and weirdly when you try to connect using the app it switches off my wifi instead !?! Random
