Terrible device from Aldi/Crane. At first it worked fine, then I noticed that throughout the day it kept on losing the connection and once lost it never find it again. After resetting and pairing the device 3 times a day, I will be returning this rubbish back for a refund asap. DO NOT BUY is my recommendation
The fitness tracker itself works well. The problem is the app which hasn't worked at all since mid December. Have tried to report the fault several times but have had no response.
As with other comments, the communication between wrist band and phone through the app is hit and miss. More disconnected than connected with my Samsung j5 2016. Don't think the phone's wi-fi is at fault, as my wife has the same phone and problem. Actual wrist band info is good. Crane fix this problem and I'll give you 5 stars.
Very disappointed. The actual Aldi tracker is very good and at £30 is excellent value. This software is terrible and the link to the website even worse. I have gaps in the day in recording steps and heart rate. I get a good reading at the end of the day and the next day it comes up with some random figure. I've emailed Crane but no response as yet. I'm now keeping a manual record, not really the point!
Worked fine for 1 week, now connection between monitor and app on mobile completely lost and cannot link. Arghhh wish it would record my blood pressure with the stress it's causing 😭😠
I have not been able to use this app or the scale successfully since December 1st. The memory is full and I can't upload download the information. It no longer pairs with my phone. I tried emailing the support group and never got an answer and now I've tried leaving a voicemail at their 800 number. Please fix this!
