Just bought this today. It will not connect with either my IPad Mini or my EE Harrier Smartphone. The time is also wrong. I have emailed support team and am awaiting a reply. Incidentally, the instruction manual says how to connect to Bluetooth on your phone but at the end of the booklet is a separate piece of paper instructing you not to connect via your phone, only via the App. I should be more clear. The jury's still out but I will amend if Support gets back quickly.
June 15, 2017 update ruined my activity tracker connection; won't connect at all! Please rush fix! Update: Fitness tracker suddenly connected on August 25, 2017! Data synced back to July 25, 2017.
Registration is a pain. I just want to use my own scales just for myself. Why do I need to register? App permissions seem extreme. Once set up it's ok, but too many hoops to jump through to get there.
UI is a bit clunky , but it does the job. For a 50 euro fitness tracker it's pretty good. In regards disconnection issues , make sure the crane connect app isn't being put to sleep by power savings
Bought scales from Aldi. App did work until I had to re install it. Forgot my PW but won't generate a new one by email so now useless.
App was working well sporadically but now won't pair with activity tracker AT ALL. The tracker is counting the steps but neither the iOS or Android app can sync the info. It hasn't worked at all for past five days and no sign of improvement. Email sent to developer hasn't even been acknowledged. Poor service. Back to Aldi for refund i think.
