SEAMLESS DEVICE MANAGEMENT
Connect your Aleck devices like Off Grid, Snow, Nunchucks, 006 and Punks directly to the app to manage settings, update firmware, pair devices, and customise your experience. Aleck Connect ensures everything is running at its best before you head out.

GROUP COMMS ANYWHERE
Use Aleck’s VOIP based group communication (in-app) to stay in touch across any distance with a mobile data or WiFi connection. Easily set up and manage group channels.
For adventures beyond cell service, pair with Aleck Off Grid, our Bluetooth enabled walkie talkie, to stay connected using long range FRS radio. Set channels and sub codes directly in the app and communicate even in the most remote locations.

I personally thought my music was playing very flat. with this in mind I verified the EQ is gone for the snow versions I bought. I suggest getting wavelet and setting the EQ to U mode for a perminant fix. the sound is a ton better! Too bad there's no push to talk ability like a walkie talkie. would be GREAT to have music playing on my phone, then coms pop in when my buddy sets up a push to talk and vice versa. instead the channels thing has the music like elevator music in the background.

Save your time and money. The audio quality reminded me of my first Sony Walkman from the early '90s. The app couldn't detect the device that was already connected to the phone. Unpaired and repaired the speakers, and the app connected, but would not finalize the connection. I wasn't set on fire during this disappointment, and it was easy to put everything back in the packaging to return. Two stars.

Have not tried these on the slopes yet, but the app olny shows the battery level at a max of 92% even when fully charged, plus the battery level never goes down while using the app unless you disconnect the headphones and reconnect. Not sure what the issue is . . . and customer service is not very quick to respond. Customer service also has no live chat or phone number. It's only thru email.
