Peace Booster is a free mindfulness and reflection app designed to support stress reduction, emotional clarity, and mental wellbeing through a simple but powerful guided investigation.

Instead of asking you to adopt a belief, follow a philosophy, or practice long meditation techniques, Peace Booster invites you to look.

Through direct observation, careful reasoning, and simple questions, you can examine some of the assumptions that shape how you experience yourself and others.

The app does not ask you to accept its conclusions.

• Does anyone bring themselves into existence?

• What happens when we examine the relationship between identity and the labels we use?

These questions invite you to look beyond familiar assumptions and observe more carefully.

What do we actually find when we examine ourselves and others?

What does a name or identity really point to?

Can anyone be found to exist completely independently of causes, conditions, parts, and relationships?

Peace Booster gives you a simple space to investigate these questions for yourself.
