App is crazy slow and glitchy. Countless times I have had to restart phone or reinstall app to get it to work while waiting outside the door after night shift so I don't wake the family. It has even shown disarmed and not disarmed the system. However, my major complaint is just the lag time for it to function.

Finally got the ability to remote disarm. An option appeared to change the default password and once we did that it gave full access.

worked for several months, then didn't communicate with the AP any longer. sent several reports, nothing, uninstalled & going to try reinstalling.
