Here is a hint for those from the U.S. trying to use this app but couldn't get the verification code. I ran into the same issue not receiving a text to my main phone number. However, as I registered the app using my Google voice number, the verification code went through and the app is activated. Also, multi language suppory is still available. One just has to get through the first step of selecting the preferred language in Spanish, then the rest will take care of itself.

Updated: Still not workable on dual SIM (see resp below). Many problems to install & register on new 2nd mobile. Had to get separate Google a/c to d/l from Play. My UK provider tech team investigated, was AC not them. After lots of emails with AC, got passcode via email. AC tech NEVER gave up and 2 weeks of emails now have AC installed and working on my 2 mobiles, UK & ES Sims. Edited from 2 to 5 as want others to use because it's a great app once working & cust service 10/10. Feel safe people

Updated, I emailed AlertCops who provided me with a verification code, now able to log on and use the app. Many thanks. Despite claims that verification SMS sent anywhere in the world I have yet to receive an SMS to my UK number... So basically a useless app at the moment
