The ONECTA application can, from any place at any time, control and monitor the status of your heating system and allows you to (*):

Monitor:
- The status of your system:
> Room temperature
> Requested room temperature
> Operation mode
> Fan speed
> Requested domestic hot water tank temperature
- Energy consumption graphs (day, week, month)

Control:
- Operation mode
- Change the requested room temperature
- Change the requested domestic hot water temperature
- Powerful mode (fast heating domestic hot water)

Schedule:
- Schedule the room temperature and operation modes
- Schedule the heating of the domestic hot water tank
- AC Demand control to reduce power consumption during certain moments of the day.
- Enable holiday mode

Voice control:
- Voice control through Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant
- To use these features, you need a smart speaker compatible with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
- You can also use the Amazon voice or Google Assistant apps and use these features on your mobile.
- Supported commands: On/Off, Set/Get room temperature, Increase/Decrease temperature, Set operation mode, …
- Supported languages: English, German, French, Spanish & Italian.
- Extra languages (Google only): Danish, Dutch, Norwegian & Swedish

Ratings and reviews

Very poor, not easy to navigate. data can be out of date (especially via API). extremely limited automation (just 1 schedule for hot water and 3 for heating with only 6 changes per day - ridiculous!). turning 'off' does little as the system still heats the house but you have no control. minimum temp you can set is 15C so you can't turn the system to really low when going on holiday (holiday mode still seems to heat to 12C). it works but that's as far as I would go.

constantly loses device and reconnecting is flaky at best, or non functional. why can i not just type credentials into the handset and wall unit? the manuals and the user interface are different, and the qr stickers don't actually contain the ap password - it's hardcoded into the wall unit (!!). it also seems to have wiped ask my usage data too. all i want to do is set a schedule, it should be that the wall unit is in charge, and easy to adjust.

Ive been using the Onecta app now for over 2 years, I have 2 AC units and 1 air purifier thats controlled by it. its really very good and I love it, being able to control everything remotely is just fantastic, and can also save you money if you accidentally leave something switching on. just log on the app and check everything
