The ONECTA application can, from any place at any time, control and monitor the status of your heating system and allows you to (*):

Monitor:
- The status of your system:
> Room temperature
> Requested room temperature
> Operation mode
> Fan speed
> Requested domestic hot water tank temperature
- Energy consumption graphs (day, week, month)

Control:
- Operation mode
- Change the requested room temperature
- Change the requested domestic hot water temperature
- Powerful mode (fast heating domestic hot water)

Schedule:
- Schedule the room temperature and operation modes
- Schedule the heating of the domestic hot water tank
- AC Demand control to reduce power consumption during certain moments of the day.
- Enable holiday mode

Voice control:
- Voice control through Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant
- To use these features, you need a smart speaker compatible with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
- You can also use the Amazon voice or Google Assistant apps and use these features on your mobile.
- Supported commands: On/Off, Set/Get room temperature, Increase/Decrease temperature, Set operation mode, …
- Supported languages: English, German, French, Spanish & Italian.

Ratings and reviews

A real hassle to get firmware updates working. Fails often. Instead of telling users officially to retry that multiple times, the app should have the ability to do that. Also it was impossible to try alternatives for an unstable Wi-Fi, e.g. I could not stay connected via AP mode and do the firmware update while directly connected - the app then complained 'I did not have internet access', well, of course not: I wanted to run the firmware update via the AP. Otherwise, useful and functional app.

App is working a lot better, but the Wi-Fi modules in the air o units are really bad. Wi-Fi connections reset back to AP mode, reconnecting is a terrible proces and will fail all the time, then out of the blue it connects after the minimum of 10 times doing the same procedure. Firmware updates of the airco units will fail, or hang during uploading because the Wi-Fi fails again. my advice to support would be to give the Wi-Fi a big overhaul and make things stabile.

Other than the fact the application indicates the unit is stoped but in fact it was running, everything else is ok. Of course i am sarcastic, it is an absolute outrageous bug. I think it is obvious for everyone the consequences of not knowing if the device is stoped or running. Absolutely not acceptable. not fixed after such a long time..
