About this app

The myMERS mobile app allows MERS plan participants the ability to receive fast, free and secure access to account information using their existing online username and password to log in. Participants can receive account alerts, check balances, view investment performance graphs, and review contributions. The app also allows for quick access to review investment information, monitor loan data (if applicable), see personal rates of return and download account statements.

Additionally, the app offers participants easy access to view account activity details, check investment allocation and review contribution totals. When changes are needed, the app provides secure access to perform transfers, make allocation changes and review or change contact and beneficiary details.

Horrible. App sucks Company is worse. Unbelievable incompetency, im certain that these people do not have good intentions, and will not assist you AT ALL. They are incredibly talented at making everything insurmountably frustrating and tiptoeing the line of malpractice however, so kudos to them for that.

After recent update it no longer loads correctly. Can get to the 2 factor authorization and get a text but put in the code and it says something went wrong and refuses to work

The app isnt even functional. "Something Went Wrong" after entering 2 factor auth. code. Code is correct, user name is correct, password is correct. App simply does not function, at all.

What’s new

This update enhances security and improves user experience. The app now supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) like our website. On first login, you’ll verify your identity using your registered email or phone number to receive a PIN. After successful authentication, you can enable facial recognition/touch id for faster future logins.
