Make the most of your HSA, HRA, and FSA benefits accounts by quickly checking your balances and details. Our secure app makes managing your benefits easy with real-time access and intuitive navigation.

Alerus Benefits connects you with the details, allowing you to check available balances and view claims requiring receipts. Employees can also click to call or email our Client Service Center.

Some additional options (if supported or applicable to your account(s)) are filing claims for FSAs and HRAs, uploading receipts for new or existing claims, complete HSA transactions, pay bills from your accounts, and report a lost or stolen debit card.

terrible in every way. EDIT (more details requested)*. After downloading the app you are forced to agree to various terms, I don't remember what they were ( mabe arbitration agreements?) If you don't agree to the terms you don't get access to your money. In order to agree you must scroll down and check a box to accept the terms but it didn't work. so I continually added money to the account but was denied access through the card, by phone, and app. 8 months later and a ton of stress a represen

Once you get logged in, the app is user friendly! Note: your login credentials for the website and app are different, but if you get locked out of one, you get locked out of both. I unfortunately did not receive alerts to submit receipts for medical purchases until the card was temporarily inactived. However the app provides easy upload for receipts, and has a scanning feature to check eligibility of an item! 👏

The interface has a number of glaring deficiencies that make it unnecessarily hard for the user to navigate where they need to go and complete they're business. One small example is where passwords are masked and no means has been provided to unmask and show what you're typing. Another example is the fact that although providers can be entered, when making a reimbursement request, their is no drop-down list from which to pick a previously entered provider.
