Great teams are found, not assembled. Atoms - build matches you with the co-founders, study partners, and collaborators you'd actually build something with.
Declare what you want to build — a startup, a study cohort, a band, a training group, a creative or community project — and how many hours a week you'll really give it. Our compatibility engine then does what networking events can't: it checks you against everyone who shares your goal at a compatible commitment level, and proposes a team only when every pair in it clears the bar.
When everyone opts in, every member verifies a government ID before the team chat opens. Then you meet, in real life, and start building.
WHAT MAKES ATOMS DIFFERENT
• Goal-first: teams only form around the same declared goal — no "maybe someday" networking
• Whole-team compatibility: every member fits every other member, not just you
• Commitment-matched: 5 hours a week pairs with 5 hours a week, not with 50
• Verified before you meet: government ID check via Stripe Identity
• Match nationally if you choose — remote teams welcome
• Text-first: no feeds, no followers, no performing
Before any money changes hands, we tell every team the same thing: agree on paper first — operating agreement, entity, equity in writing. Building is serious; we treat it that way.
