About this app

Algoz Keyboard is a fully offline keyboard built for people who take privacy seriously. It was designed so the keyboard is never the weak point in end to end encrypted messaging.

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Everything happens on your phone. Typing, suggestions, autocorrect and emoji search run against dictionaries bundled inside the app. Nothing you type is stored, analysed or transmitted. No telemetry, no analytics, no cloud.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
• Zero data collection and zero data sharing
• Suggestions disengage completely in password and incognito fields
• Optional on device learning, off by default, encrypted with the Android Keystore, erasable in one tap
• Clipboard history kept in memory only, never written to disk

TYPING, DONE PROPERLY
• Autocorrect, next word prediction and typo repair of the highest class
• Two word context predictions
• Saved clips for texts you reuse: your email, standard replies, addresses
• Cursor control on the spacebar, quick delete, double space period

LANGUAGES AND LAYOUTS
QWERTY, AZERTY, QWERTZ, Cyrillic, Arabic, Dvorak and Colemak layouts. Correction dictionaries for English, French, German, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. Long press accents for European languages.

Dictation no longer crashes the keyboard on older phones.
Faster: instant open, no typing stutter, smoother emoji panel.
Better corrections: number row slips (2hat becomes what), contractions (Ive becomes I've), accents for IT, FR, ES, PT, and correct key proximity on Cyrillic, Arabic and AZERTY.
Enter in a search field no longer corrects the last word. Predicted words add the missing space. Shift types accented capitals. Full emoji set.
