Ratings and reviews

Great products, but shops won't load now and you can't follow them. Some more of this app's bugs: *The back button will often lead you to the homescreen instead of just going back one screen. *Sometimes you get sent to top of search results after viewing a product *Viewing all products in a shop gets slower the more you view *If your package is lost or there's no progress in tracking, no way to contact company. There used to be, but after I used it ONCE it disappeared.

Great selection of products for any type of need. You can search for anything for a more detailed search of so many products . Prices are friendly and shipping is usually faster than what is estimated with tracking and updates of shipping progress. Expect reasonable delay in shipping since most products are shipped from overseas and may have to go through customs in the process of delivery. Great communication from within the app with helpful categories of help and support. Great shopping app.

In the Message Center of the desktop browser version of AliExpress, certain messages refuse to show unless you view them on the mobile app. (Very subtle of you, China). After installing the mobile app, I can't for the life of me locate the gosh darn Message Center. I've never placed a single order using the app and never will. AliExpress' user experience across all platforms is horrendous and the phone app is no exception. Shop via the browser and do not clutter your phones with this junkware.
