Alice always has technical difficulty at least once a week. It is, however super easy to navigate and is definitely a cool app to use. But there are a lot of technical difficulties that happen. Today it keeps not wanting to load because of a "connection error" or something and so that forces me to uninstall and reinstall it every single time that I want to check and call or check what building to go to whatever it is that I need to do inside the app I have to uninstall it and reinstall it.

As a supervisor, it is imperative that this app works and I get all the calls. Unfortunately, it times out every 5 minutes and I have to sign in again. This is so many times a day, I don't care to count. Looks like they've had a "fix" on the way since 2021. Here it is, halfway to 2024 and nothing. It's an abandoned app as far as I'm concerned. All my guys have the same problem. Talking to my GM today about finding a new app that actually CARES about their clientele. Shame on you!! Do better!!!!!

I can't leave a zero star review, so I'll leave a one star. This app is so riddled with glitches and problems it's not even funny. I've been stuck in a loop of a notification that my session ended and am being returned to the log in page every time I enter my password. Absolutely the worst app I've ever had the displeasure of using. Do better.
