O app costuma funcionar ok, mas nem sempre. O serviço piorou muito, só tive frustrações no último ano. Não recomendo.

Fui usuário qSaude. Pós aquisição pela Alice funcionou sem problemas mas à partir do dia 30/4 a cobertura vai se reduzir em 80%. Até então a comunicação tinha sido clara mas mesmo o comunicado informando dessa alteração foi muito esguio. Infelizmente a aquisição matou o serviço, não consigo nem mais telemedicina. Uma pena.

App não funciona. E com a nova mudança, o plano não cobre quase nada. O atendimento do WhatsApp é péssimo.
