If you have another option use it. Customer service closes help tickets as resolved after a week, regardless of if your issues been resolved. You sit on a spinning screen that will not load if you want to check future coverage (as does customer service.) nothing is really straightforward so you have to dig to find what you need. It's not user friendly and very frustrating to use, especially if you need to quickly check for information.

absolutely the worst app by far. can't log in from multiple platforms. sometimes can't log in at all. jams and clogs up constantly. tried to download tax forms ... can't locate download. cant tell where or if downloaded. no way to determine or change download location. I've had to reset passwords over and over. worst app known to mankind. can't even find site url to put in computer. multiple log in log in locations and names. what a headache.

This app is extremely slow, and difficult to navigate, runs into a lot of bugs that don't get resolved for weeks, there was a time where I couldn't even log in for a month, you also can't zoom in on your paycheck to read anything so you have to strain your eyes just to read over the paycheck. Also, did I mention how FREAKING SLOW this app is, it takes FOREVER to get to where you're trying to go. If I wasn't forced by my company to use this god awful app I would instantly delete this garbage.
