If you have another option use it. Customer service closes help tickets as resolved after a week, regardless of if your issues been resolved. You sit on a spinning screen that will not load if you want to check future coverage (as does customer service.) nothing is really straightforward so you have to dig to find what you need. It's not user friendly and very frustrating to use, especially if you need to quickly check for information.

So far it's a very negative experience. When the keyboard is engaged everything scrolls up and you can't see what you you're typing or where it's going. Blocking the pasting of passwords is moronic. I use a password manager and create extremely complex passwords. Assuming everyone enters passwords manually shows you that their security principals are terrible. There is a notification that takes half the screen and no way to get rid of it. They don't "get" mobile development.

With full cell service and even on 2gb wifi, always extremely long loading times (1-3min). Live chat constantly disconnects, and then I have to log in after reconnecting every time. Once in the app, every feature takes a long time to load or several tries for the app to respond when opening menus or switching pages. Terrible app experience. The only positive reviews for this app are done by bots, or the devs themselves.
