Just like all the other reviews, this app is definitely buggy. I've been using it for 3 weeks and so far once a week I have had to uninstall and reinstall because the timer is not keeping track and just stuck at 0. I've also purchased products through the Shop tab on the bottom, and still haven't received anything.

This App is buggy as heck. When it works it's fine. But it goes bad way too often. Sometimes it won't load, then it will open but when you try to start the timer it will chime like it's starting, but the timer clock stays at all zeros. Then it will tell you your timer is running but not not tell you how much has run or let you turn it off apart from closing the App. it's very frustrating.

This app is supposed to act as an alarm, reminding you when you should put your aligners in. One would think with the basic alarm feature of any smart phone out there as a reference, this would be easy to implement. An alarm should be alarming. It can't even get that right. Not the only thing wrong with the app, but this takes the cake for me. (second to this is that you have to wait til the next day to edit the total time after missing the easy to miss notification to put the aligners back in)
