I like the idea of having computer vision give automatic feedback, and it noticed that my teeth hadn't moved enough when I wasn't wearing my aligners during the day, and recommended to wear them for another 2 weeks. The capture process constantly flickers between "pull cheek back", "turn head further", "open bite more", and "hold still to take picture" all within one second even when it doesn't make sense to follow that advice. App notifications are gray-on-white, a big accessibility issue.

My log in "expired" due to an "update." Even after password reset still cannot log in. I have not received a message to reset via email despite notice in error message stating the same. There has been no response to my inquiry. I am unable to use the app at all, making me non-compliant with my doctor. Very frustrating.

Without exaggeration this is the worst piece of software I've used in my life, by far. The My Care picture taking is completely broken. The AI detection keeps failing over and over and over again, telling you it "couldn't process last picture" with no other info. You have to allocate 30 min of your time to take 9 pictures. This is insane
