Ratings and reviews

This app is supposed to act as an alarm, reminding you when you should put your aligners in. One would think with the basic alarm feature of any smart phone out there as a reference, this would be easy to implement. An alarm should be alarming. It can't even get that right. Not the only thing wrong with the app, but this takes the cake for me. (second to this is that you have to wait til the next day to edit the total time after missing the easy to miss notification to put the aligners back in)

When you acknowledge as a patient, it spins forever. Force close and re-open app and it's acknowledged. Try to scan package, it can't hit servers on submit. Force close and re-open, its on the next step. Click and accept for banner or option of free welcome gifts, it spins indefinitely. Close and re-open does not fix that. Seems their team needs some more testing and all the crucial first steps have issues.

App is barely functional. The timer says -15:-55:-55 and trying to run it for the 35 min I needed to eat has it sitting at zero to where I have to use a stopwatch to track. This is pointless and I wouldn't use it at all if I didn't have to fit my virtual Invisalign. it shouldn't be difficult for you guys to have a correct functioning time tracker. Even my oral-b app is better at tracking time than this one is.
