Al Jazeera Media Institute App, is the link between the institute and the trainees, whereby it helps the trainee keep up with the list of offered courses, so they may choose what helps grow their skills and polish their talents. The App showcases the list of offered courses, along with detailed descriptions, and allows the trainee the opportunity to register in any course they may want to join, with ease, at anytime, and wherever they are without having to visit the institute just to complete the enrollment process.

Using the App, the trainee may:

⁃ Browse offered courses along with their details
⁃ Know the dates and times of offered courses
⁃ Know the fees for the offered courses, before and after discounts
⁃ Register for the courses they choose to join

I have not been able to login through the apps at all. Logging in on the website is seamless, but the app has been a headache. It didn’t work even after I created another account. What can I do?
