Possibly one of the most useless apps. Please can you update your app so it does not close anytime you open it. Also, if additional information is requested then one should be able to upload the details and add a comment. This is not possible. The app is either crashing or it takes you back to the claim without being able to upload the info. Also, you can't submit any documents for pre-approval. Why have this available if can't be used. A lot of work is needed on this app!

There is no provision to set reminders in a monthly, weekly basis in the medication reminder section. Example, some medicine needs to to take weekly or monthly basis. Vitamin D normally needs to take weekly initial stage then monthly for another 6months. Admin/devoloper need to update this. And unutilized insurance amount also missing. It is useful especially like in dental treatment where limit amount is not enough Request to add this facility as soon as possible.

It's the most stupid app ever. On the list of banks, there is not evan one bank that i have, and all 3 of them are in Qatar where AlKoot is originally. Plus, when you go to submit claim and want to take a photo from the app, it send you back on a beginning to fill calim over again. You made simply tasks super difficult and the way of handling claims and asking for a million information and papers unessesary in 21st century. Awful
