The most important factor in picking a bank/credit union for my business account (after fees) is easy, fast mobile deposits. This app has me ready to switch banks. It seems like something always goes wrong. Error message. Try to deposit again. Says it is a duplicate. Takes so long to load I can't figure out whether anything went through. It, quite literally, gives me a headache.

Lots of issues with app crashing when trying to use mobile deposits. Also got rid of the ability to use a pin for log in after update? Not a good move, it really sucks to have to type in a password especially when in a hurry. The pin was much easier and faster. Not to mention that chargers appear and disappear then days later are taken again. I am never truly sure what the balance is on my account just from looking at this app.

One glaring issue. About every two weeks when I go to log in, it thinks I'm using a new device and I have to go thru the process of logging back in with a code it sends thru text. It's been 9 months since my review and this problem has only gotten worse. I've talked to someone who used to work in their IT department and they are aware of the issue. However, now it's EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to log in from ANY device I have.
