What a 'LOAD' of hassle. Support sucks, they tell you to talk w the service locally, and they tell you (logically) that they don't have any control over the app and its non-functioning functions. 9 times out of 10 there's an error/unable to process my transactions to add credits which is super annoying. Do you not want me to spend money here? The text notifications for 3 minute warnings come about 50% of the time and then when they do, most of the time they send the notification multiple times.

Everything went great for the first year that this laundromat opened and started using the app. Had no issues until recently. Every time I go to try and start the dryers, the app freezes when saying, "Please make sure all doors are closed." I have to fully close out of the app to get it to go away. To start the dryers I have to go log into the kiosk and waste more time. It's irritating. Please fix this issue!

In general works quite well, but I recommend disabling notifications, especially for dryers, as there appears to be a way to extend times from the notifications and I have accidentally triggered it without intending to. Since I don't leave laundry unattended anyway, the notifications don't really serve a purpose. Still, this is a huge improvement over using tons of quarters. I would recommend app.
