The Speed Queen app is a convenient, safe way to quickly pay for your Speed Queen washer or dryer right from your phone. No more last minute trips for quarters from the store.

Pick your location, select your Speed Queen machine, pay right from your phone, and you are ready to go.

The app will only work at one location at a time. If you need to go to a different location, you have to completely remove the first location to add a new one. Funds do not carry over between locations, but if you go back to an earlier location, the funds you deposited there will still be there. I don't know you can't access the main menu without removing the location. Aside from those quirks, it's convenient enough.

We used to be able to have more than 1 card on the app and now you can only have ONE. That's ridiculous, super inconvenient and time consuming to delete and add constantly. No one really wants to be at the Laundromat as it is, and this adds time we are wasting there. It's also annoying that it randomly logs me out if I haven't used it in a few days.

It's a cool, very convenient app for me when doing laundry. My only issues are: 1. I can't "START" the washing process from the app. I have to get back outta my car and manually press "start" for all the washers, after being able to do all the other cool stuff on the app. 2. Make a mistake? there's no turning back to correct it. Even when I didnt complete the transaction, it wouldn't let me continue or change it, so I had to FIND CASH & get coins to do my wash for that machine 😠 Plz fix it!
