The app charges multiple times for the same machine. it will tell you there is an error and to try again but take money both times. Also, I had it deduct $2 for a machine, then told me that the machine was offline. There is no contact information on the app to dispute charges to get refunded. And of course, you have to load money on the app to use it so you can't dispute with the bank.

Initially a great app; but once my credit card expired, I tried to put a new credit card in, it rejected it. So now I'm left not being able to use the app which means that I'll come up with alternatives to doing my quilts and comforters going forward. I just refuse to carry 80 quarters stuffed in my pockets just to wash those few items every month.

I considered the app great until my card expired, and found that there's no way to update it. Then, when I tried to add a new card, I kept getting an error message saying to try again. 3 weeks later, I'm able to add a new card but not update or delete the old card. There's also no support option if you're having an issue which I feel is really poor customer service considering you are giving them your card information. I really wish my laundromat didn't "upgrade" to this.
