I downloaded the app a few months ago when my apartment complex installed it to they're washers and dryers. I have not been able to use it once. won't let me add funds. when I try to add my card to add funds it tells me I need a vault key. there is literally no place on the app that lets me add a vault key. reached out through their support email and got no response. such a waste.

I like the ability to walk into the laundry without coins and pay through my phone. This was great when it was a simple qr code to a payment site. I do not like being forced to use the app, which is a new thing, and put multiples of $5 on an account. I am a one time user, so how do I get a refund for what is left on the account? or does speed queen just keep it forever? I don't like other people holding my money or having a balance that I can never use.

While the Speed Queen locations are great their apps are horrible! I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app at least five different times over the last couple of months due to it not being able to find my account, not being able to log me on or just not being able to find any machines at the location I'm at! Half the time when I'm there the machines are listed as offline. As great as the place is they really need to fix the app it's very frustrating!
