The Speed Queen app is a convenient, safe way to quickly pay for your Speed Queen washer or dryer right from your phone. No more last minute trips for quarters from the store.

While the Speed Queen locations are great their apps are horrible! I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app at least five different times over the last couple of months due to it not being able to find my account, not being able to log me on or just not being able to find any machines at the location I'm at! Half the time when I'm there the machines are listed as offline. As great as the place is they really need to fix the app it's very frustrating!

The app will only work at one location at a time. If you need to go to a different location, you have to completely remove the first location to add a new one. Funds do not carry over between locations, but if you go back to an earlier location, the funds you deposited there will still be there. I don't know you can't access the main menu without removing the location. Aside from those quirks, it's convenient enough.

We used to be able to have more than 1 card on the app and now you can only have ONE. That's ridiculous, super inconvenient and time consuming to delete and add constantly. No one really wants to be at the Laundromat as it is, and this adds time we are wasting there. It's also annoying that it randomly logs me out if I haven't used it in a few days.
