The Speed Queen app is a convenient, safe way to quickly pay for your Speed Queen washer or dryer right from your phone. No more last minute trips for quarters from the store.

Pick your location, select your Speed Queen machine, pay right from your phone, and you are ready to go.

The app will only work at one location at a time. If you need to go to a different location, you have to completely remove the first location to add a new one. Funds do not carry over between locations, but if you go back to an earlier location, the funds you deposited there will still be there. I don't know you can't access the main menu without removing the location. Aside from those quirks, it's convenient enough.

We used to be able to have more than 1 card on the app and now you can only have ONE. That's ridiculous, super inconvenient and time consuming to delete and add constantly. No one really wants to be at the Laundromat as it is, and this adds time we are wasting there. It's also annoying that it randomly logs me out if I haven't used it in a few days.

Really inconvenient, is the only way to put it. $10 is the minimum that can be added to an account. Can't add extra time to the dryer once it's done, so you have to just guess in advance. Can't remove or edit credit card info. Once my card card expired, entering the replacement causes an error. At this point I have to make a new account... which can't be under the same email, or use someone else's card.
