I can't access my account. The password reset/ account recovery link sent to my email is for normal log in, not for resetting my password.

terrible app, locks you out after trying to reset a password because they cannot even tell you the requirements for a new password.

The app does not remember credentials. Materials were sent via messages and hey did not go through.
