About this app

With this app, you can control your LG webOS smart TV from your smartphone.

Please note, this is not the official LG smart TV app, but it can control your lg smart tv.

We have several remote models in our app, so you can choose one that works with your webOS tv device.

We developed the app to help you control your LG webOS smart TV device without a remote, but you'll notice that the app requires an IR sensor on your phone or a connection to your WiFi if you would like Smart Mode.

Ratings and reviews

Although it is supposed to support my remote (LG has about 5 different remotes), it gave a wrong choice for my remote. And it was not obvious how to change it. The adds are particularly disruptive during set-up. As set-up was not exactly successful, I have no idea how disruptive the ads would be during regular use.

Once installed and tried to you they mentioned I need to subscribe and click on the subscribe button, it takes you to an external link that you input your phone number and then magically the same numbers sends you a message that an amount has been deducted, and it certainly was added to my bill. Doing this without putting it in clear terms at your app is an act of fraud and I strongly advise people to run away from installing this app

Fairly good. But I would suggest: - Make the image scaleable - it's actually bigger on my phone than the real remote! - The device connected band at the top could be smaller or just the device name with connection in top right : maybe selectable in a settings page. - Customisable background image And one to do with functionality, implement the 'magic' functionality of the real remote (using phone's accelerometers).
