Super glitchy! The remote only worked the first week. Even after buying a new battery, it still didn’t work. The app works when it wants to, and uninstalling doesn’t help. If I could return it, I would. The only way I could get it to work turning it on/off or changing colors through the app was by unplugging the lights from the outlet and plugging back in every single time. Smh.

glitchy and unreliable. I have to stand in one spot to change the colors. the remote rarely works we installed them completely to find the blue lights stop working part way around, replacements were sent but we already had these up. I can't the scheduling feature to work now at all. As soon as I close the app it turns the times I set back off. they just aren't worth the hassle

Edit 3/25/26: so I've realized that I need to allow my phone time to connect to the device. Not sure if it's because I'm using Android or what, but this app is bordering on useless. I set a schedule for the lights to come on daily in the morning. They came on one morning but that was it. The lights are pretty and I like the option in the app to easily change colors but my phone won't connect to the light strip unless I turn off Bluetooth & the lights a couple of times. Too much of a hassle
