This might be the worst roadside assistance program I've ever used! Communication is poor and cumbersome. They lead you to believe that the service is going to be one specific price and one specific server. Then they call you back multiple times to change it up on you. If you are in a stressful emergency situation, this is NOT the business you want to be working with. My experience with the actual insurance has been fine, but this motor club is total junk.

The app is worthless. Like others have said, it states that it has moved and wants to take you to the website. If you don't know your member number and call the 800 number, it tells you to use the app, which doesn't work. When you finally do get someone to talk to (hair pulling experience) their accent makes it very difficult to communicate. I used this service once several years ago with the app and everything went great. Tried to use it a few weeks ago and I will now be canceling my service.

The actual assistance is great. My issue is the inaccuracy of the addresses. I attempted to put in my location address but it kept wanting to change it from south to north and even to completely different addresses entirely. That is 100% not ok. It wastes the rescuer's time and the user's time. I had to put in an address close to me instead of my actual location.
