App keeps crashing, once I receive notification for a service, it takes forever to load up, I've missed a few services because it wouldn't load. it also pings the wrong location, once you click EN ROUTE, it gives you an error, same issue with ON SITE, loading up to take photos take forever, by the time it loads up I'm done doing the service, then people look at you like I'm crazy. If I'm connected to my vehicle, it won't ring the notification. This new update is absolutely atrocious.

Easy to use but notifications are terrible. In this line of work, we need something with a little more sense of urgency. In the beginning, the tone would work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing works permanently and it leads to missed calls. Please update notification settings! User setting are at a minimum as well. I cannot control them.

Missing calls left and right due to app not functioning properly. It is facing off duty for missed calls. Only problem is the app is not producing an audible alert as it use to. Also, it does not leave a message that a call was even inferred as in the past. Contact app support and someone who hardly speaks English answers. Get the brush off that this is a known problem for Android users and that she would let IT know.
