Ally Companion is the app that keeps you close to an aging parent, even from far away.
Paired with the Ally Display tablet at your loved one's home, it replaces notifications with simple, warm gestures: send a photo, your voice, schedule a reminder, start a video call. Their screen stays a clear clock — your messages appear when they matter, then fade away so nothing intrudes.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Send photos with a short note — read aloud by the clock, then tucked into the album.
• Send voice messages — your voice, no keyboard, nothing for your loved one to navigate.
• Start video or audio calls — the tablet rings; if you've allowed remote pickup, one tap makes it answer 8 seconds later.
• Schedule reminders — medication, meals, a walk — confirmed with a single tap on the tablet.
• Get a gentle alert if a reminder wasn't confirmed, without overreacting.
• Invite other family members — siblings, caregivers — who share the same home.
DESIGNED FOR CONNECTION, NOT SURVEILLANCE
The live preview shows what your loved one is seeing right now — not where they are, not what they're doing. A link, not a sensor. No medical language, no intimidating buttons, no jargon. The tablet never interrupts the clock except for a message from family, a scheduled reminder, or an incoming call.

What’s new
All the family photos, at last. The tablet now keeps the whole album: older photos come back around in the slideshow instead of disappearing behind the newer ones.
The spoken time announcement can now include the day and the date, if you want it to.
More reliable video calls: the picture no longer freezes, and a ring is no longer missed. Smoother slideshow, three-line captions. Low-battery alert fixed.
